That’s right…sales activity surges in Duval County.  June, 2009 posts greatest number of sales since Sept., 2007 and ANOTHER year-over-year increase.  Wow!

Solds for Clay County aren’t doing so bad either.  The Beaches still show flat sales.

The dashed red line shows a declining trend line losing 2% of sales volume per month.  That’s roughly 25% per year.

If you are looking for a home for either an investment or personal residence, don’t delay any longer.  With more demand for houses, prices will stabilize and begin to increase.  Sure, there’s plenty of inventory still to be sold BUT there’s increased competition for the homes in the best condition.

In more good news, lenders are reporting that appraisals are stabilizing and are even showing some increases.
