Wow! July, 2009 sales of Jacksonville’s Single Family Residences came in at 697 units. This represents a 21.6% increase over July, 2008 sales. Clay County sales for July posted a 16% increase.
June sales closed out at 701 solds, representing an 8.5% increase in year-over-year sales.
One word of caution in reviewing this chart….June sales typically seem to be the highpoint of the year’s sales. However, with the $8,000 Tax Refund fueling interest from first time home buyers, sales should continue to show year-over-year improvement in the coming months.
