OUCH!  Just when we thought it was safe to say we’ve reached a new normal, the Florida Association of Realtors released their monthly sales results.

The median sales prices for single family homes in the Jacksonville MSA dropped to $139,900.  Last month, the price was $155,200 and appeared to be stabilizing.  This month it dropped 10% from the prior month.

Overall results for Florida fell but not as dramatically as the Jacksonville MSA.
